It is our immense pleasure to inform you that School of Electronics Engineering, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar is organizing an IEEE 5th International Conference on Applied Electromagnetics, Signal Processing & Communication (AESPC 2025) from 5th to 6th December, 2025. We cordially invite you for submission of un-published research contributions to this conference.

IEEE International Conference on Applied Electromagnetics, Signal Processing & Communication (AESPC-2025), is dedicated to advanced research in the areas of microwave as well as antenna engineering, signal processing, communication, application of AI/ML in Antenna Microwave, Signal Processing, Communication, VLSI, Sensor and IoT devices.

TRACK I: RF and  Microwave systems and applications: Antenna, Radar, Optical/THz Technologies, Radio wave propagation, AI/ML applications in Microwave and Antenna.

TRACK-II: Signal, Multimedia processing and applications: Signal, image and video processing, Computer Vision, Pattern recognition, Natural language processing, AI/ML application in signal processing.

TRACK-III:Communication Systems:Wireless communication, Optical Communication &  networks, Satellite Communication, AI/ML application in wireless communication.

TRACK IV: VLSI & Embedded Systems: Semiconductor devices, sensors and circuits & Embedded Systems and their applications.

TRACK V: Cyber-physical Systems and their sensing, computing, networking and security aspects: Cyber-physical Systems, IoT, Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN), Cyber/Network security, Blockchain, Cloud and Edge Computing & Networking, Software defined networks, Industry 4.0, Next-Gen Networks, Vehicular Networks.

TRACK VI: Robotics & Automation: Robotics, UAV, Autonomous Vehicles and their control systems, Mechatronics.

TRACK-VII: Advanced Computing:Neuromorphic computing, Quantum computing, Parallel and Distributed Computing.

Original and unpublished research works on the topics Antenna Engineering, Electromagnetic, Signal Processing and Communication are invited for the student paper contest in two different categories:

Category 1: For B. E. /B. Tech/ M. Sc Students
Mode of Presentation: Poster

Ist Prize: Rs.5,000/-, 2^nd Prize: Rs.3,000/- (For Each Track).

Category 2: For of M. E. /M. Tech/M. Phil/ Ph. D Student
Mode of Presentation: Poster

Ist Prize: Rs.6,000/-, 2^nd Prize: Rs.4,000/- (For Each Track).

Authorship eligibility: For both of the categories maximum of two authors, defined below, will be allowed.

The Primary (First author) and his/her supervisor
OR
The Primary (First author) and one co-author who may be another student or anyone other than supervisor

Guideline: Manuscripts limited to 4 pages including figures, photos, tables, appendices, acknowledgment and references are to be prepared for submission in IEEE format. Submissions shall be received starting from July 15, 2024 till September 15, 2024, which is the deadline of submission. Contestants are advised to prepare an error-free manuscript, since there will be no scope for revision. Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism (i.e. previously used own material) is strongly discouraged.

During submission contestant will be required to upload a PDF file bearing his/her short biography and full list of publication in journals and conferences.

Evaluation Procedures: The best paper in each category will be selected based on evaluations in 3 phases: (i) Regular review process as adopted in the conference; (ii) accepted papers will be evaluated by a common panel of experts composed of professors/scientists of international repute. Based on this evaluation, maximum of 10 papers will be selected for Poster in each Category. (iii) Finally the best paper will be judged by a panel of experts by evaluating the poster and interact with the students.

Award: The best technical paper in each category (With Every Track). will receive an award in the form of cheque/cash prize and a certificate. Awards will be announced and presented in the Last day of the Conference.
